Tom Connor has lived in Southbury since 1987 (with a few itinerant stints in London and Charlotte for business). He grew up in Wyomissing, PA, and has a BA in Math/Philosophy and an MBA from Fordham University. He also has an MS in Philosophy of Science from the University of Illinois. Currently Tom works for a financial risk management consulting company and has 30+ years’ experience in the banking and finance industry primarily focused on risk management and risk systems development.
Tom has served on the Southbury Board of Finance for the last five years and is the chairman of the town’s IPOC (Investment Policy Oversight Committee).
When not working, Tom enjoys racquetball, soccer, and traveling to the world’s wine regions with his wife, Emilie.
